I looked up some useful phrases I should use in Japanese.

アップしよう!
腰を落として!
水分補給!
一歩後ろに下がって!
もう少し後ろ!
(腰を落として!) = Get lower (lower your body)
(最後まで見て!) = Watch it until the end! / Keep your eyes on the ball.
Appu shiyoo! (アップしよう!)
Meaning: Let's warm up!
Suibun hokyuu! (水分補給!)
Meaning: Hydrate! / Get a drink of water!
"Ippo ushiro ni sagatte!" (一歩後ろに下がって!)
"Ippo mae ni kite!" (一歩前に来て!) – Take one step forward!
"Migi ni sagatte!" (右に下がって!) – Step to the right!
"Mou sukoshi ushiro!" (もう少し後ろ!) – A little bit further back!
"Motto takaku agete!" (もっと高く上げて!) = toss / pass the ball higher
"Aiteru basho o neratte!" (空いてる場所を狙って!)
"Oku o neratte!" (奥を狙って!) – Aim for the back/deep court!
"Mae o neratte!" (前を狙って!) – Aim for the front/short court! (Great for tips or short serves).
"Burokku kabaa!" (ブロックカバー!) – Cover the block! (Remind the back-row players to get ready to rescue a ball that gets blocked back into your court).
"Burokku o yokete!" (ブロックをよけて!) – Avoid the block! (Tell your hitter to spike around the blockers).
"Naissu torai!" (ナイストライ!)
Meaning: Nice try!
"Ii yo, ii yo!" (いいよ、いいよ!)
Meaning: It's okay, it's okay! / Good choice!
(さあ、いこう!)
Meaning: Here we go! / Let's ride this wave!
